I am the founder of a small recruitment agency in Germany and I recruit IT specialists for companies.

I am looking for 2-3 freelancers. The task is to send messages in Xing and later on answer incoming messages. Ideally you can read and write German (B2 or Better).
Xing is the "German" LinkedIn, founded in Germany. In Germany, it is the leading network for recruiters like me.
In Xing, I already have a network of over 10,000 contacts. Accordingly, it is about contacting new IT specialists, keeping the communication going with these contacts as well as maintaining contact. It is not very difficult, I can show you in live trainings, video trainings as well as with detailed PDF instructions how it works and what you should answer in which cases.

8 $ -&gt; This is a small project to see how you work and to "test" 2 or 3 freelancers. After that, I will invite you to bigger projects. The goal is a long-term collaboration (&gt; 6 months and &gt; 100 hours).

In the beginning, you will use my Xing account to send messages. Later you should create your own Xing account and a LinkedIn account to send messages and get contact details. Good German language skills (reading and writing, at least B2).
