Anna’s Restaurant App
– Digital Food Menu


•This project requires - Artistic design skills, database
programming, app development, push notification.

• This project is for a digital Menu for a fine-dine restaurant Menu/App. Think
of a high-end restaurant with white paper and black text describing the
menu. Now the concept is to take the white paper and text and convert it to a
digital platform.


The APP needs to work on a simple hand help TABLET – 7” or
bigger or small and any mobile phone. NEEDs to be a Hybrid Code for Android and Apple, or we create 2
different apps that pull date from one database.


• The UI has to be clean and easy to navigate - Background
color BLACK, White, text, white, blue, gold, and other color text. Menus tabs
should be bright and upfront, High-quality images for food drinks will be
provided, dummy stock pictures will be used while building for every item on
the menu. To scroll through for just about every item on the menu in terms of
foods (multi-category: such as Appetizers, Soup & Salad, (Dinner Entrees:
Lamb, Pork, Beef, Chicken, Seafood, Pasta, Chef Specialties), Sides &
Extras, Vegetarian & Vegan, Desserts. WINE menu, Beer menu, Alcohol menu.
LUNCH Menu. Gift Cards., Signup (for marketing)

 • UI will be able to first see the first page of Anna's Logo menu, and a
special message, after the click anywhere, the app presents a digital menu,
they can view.

• The app will land on the drink page Menu - showcasing the soft beverage
options (coca-cola products: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Limonite, Mellow Yellow,
Dr. Pepper, Tea Sweet & Unsweet, Coffe, Hot Tea, Milk, Cranberry Juice,
Orange Juice.

• The second Menu option will show the Wine Menu: White & Red - Will list
each wine description that is sold by Glass and Bottle, the price, and oz.

• The third Menu option will show Beer Selection - will list each beer and name
and size.

• The forth Menu option will list the alcohol - will show a list of house drink
specials - and list of all of our liquor we carry.

- UI should be able to go in and out of these all different menus tabs/pages and
browsing.

 - There should be very plain easy to read Menus on the top or side however you
can design to look better.


APP FEATURES:

App, should have push notifications, The app should be able
to push notification to customers with promotions information, such as tonight a special, special message with a picture, an invite.

App, should have a reservation form, where customers can
make a reservation. (request sent in a simple txt to an email address, then
manually will send the confirmation.

Customers, who download the app, should be able to register
to log in via their Full name: email address and phone number, only once than
the app should stay active at all times. Even when they restart the phone,
the push notification services should come on in the background.

Every FOOD MENU Tab should have a 30 item database, from
those 30 only the selected ones should display on the app.

example- APPETIZER:

-appetizer DB should be able to list a minimum of 30 appetizers,

A1 - description, Image, and price

A2 - description, Image, and price

.......A30 - description, Image and price

These appetizers will be all programmed in a database - and only the ones
selected should show up in the menu, in the back end the chef should be able to
uncheck an item, and it should automatically be removed from the menu, next
time a user accesses the page. So when restaurant runs out, it does not show any
longer on the menu, the chef can add and remove, edit price, and description
very easy, different items throughout the night, the app needs to be refreshed
pretty often on its own, so the app displays the current status of the DB. So the menu should display on average at any time have between 1 to 10 items, more or
less.

***** This type of function of database manipulation should be added and
programed for every category and each menu item underneath of it.

A list for each Menu Category will be provided, and the item list for each.



The viewing of the menu should have flow if the customer keeps swiping in one
direction. They can swipe backward as well or forward.

So as the CUSTOMER looks into drinks, and keep scrolling, they will enter
Appetizers, then Soup and Salad, than Entrees, than, Desserts, than Promos,
then back to drinks again.


Menu Categories

DRINKS
: ( Soft Beverages), ( Hot

( Soft Beverages: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Limonite, Mellow Yellow, Dr. Pepper,

( Hot Drinks: Hot Tea Chai, Hot Coffee, Irish Coffee, & Greek Coffee)

(Juices: Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice)

WINE MENU: ( White Wine) &
(Red Wine)
- the wine list should have a database of 200 wines. 100 White
selection, and 100 Red selection.

Each wine should display a description, Price by Glass and Bottle and an image
of it. Some wines are only sold by bottles, so by glass price will not
display, in that case, it should say bottle only.

BEER MENU:

Domestic: Budweiser, Bud Light, Coors, light,
Michelob Ultra, Miller Lite,

Imports: Mythos – Greek, Stella Artois, Corona
Extra, Guinness Draught, Samuel Adams.

Draft Beer: 
Beer 1, Beer 2, Beer 3, up to 12 of those.

Domestic,
Imports and Draft Beer should have a 50 item database list each, so Total of 150
Beer list selection.

Each Domestic and Imports beer should display Name, picture,
price by the bottle.

Draft Beer: Will be offered in 2 different sizes. Name, OZ
and Price



LIQUOR MENU


Should have Menus for VOTKAS, WISKEYS, BOURBONS, GINS,
RUMS, TEQUILAS, AMARETTO, SCOTCHES, SPECIALTY. 
For each CATEGORY – there should be 30 data listing entrees. Displaying
an image and price.

Cocktail List: Should
consist of 100 different mix drinks. Each should display a Name, Picture,
