Dear Concern,
I want someone to look after the activites to closure of my buisness. Its a job till close all the activities.
Brief about JOB -
I have started on OPC Firm in October 2018. But due to Corona I am now closing the company. To run the comapany I had hired "Indiafilings" team with some package amount. Now to close the same I again purchased their package to close the company account with proper closure activities.
Somehow at some stage I realised that they are not doing their work properly and doing some fraudent activites.
I am completely unaware of what they are doing and couldn't get the company closure status till date.
I am now scared of further penalties if I dontfile the mandatory and other compliances.
So I want someone who will take care of all this and take follow-up with Indiafilings team and get the work done earliest with proper closure.
