Request for Paid Expert Interview on Health Care Industry in the US

We, YCP Solidiance Singapore, are a consulting firm focusing on new business development, and I am writing to ask you for an online interview.

Our client in the healthcare industry wants to launch an online job posting platform in the U.S., so we would like to deepen our understanding of the employment situation in your country.

Interview Details
We would like to understand the hiring process and pain points for each type of job (doctor, nurse, technician, receptionist, etc.) for hiring managers at healthcare facilities.

Also, we would like to ask about the usage of other online job posting platforms. We can send you interview questions prior to the interview process.

The interview style, compensation and requirements are as follows:

Interview style
• Online Interview (Skype, Teams, Zoom, etc.)
• Time: about 1 hour

Payment
• 100 USD (To be paid in January)

Schedule
• We want to interview between December 30th and January 14th.

Interviewee requirements
• Must have worked in recruitment at a healthcare facility for at least the past 5 years.
• Must have worked in recruiting at a healthcare facility for at least one year.

Also, if you are available for an interview, it would be great if you could share information below about yourself.
• What kind of healthcare facility did you work for?
• What types of jobs were you responsible for screening? (e.g. mid-career doctors, newly graduated assistant nurses, etc...)
• Which step of the recruitment process were you in charge of? (CV screening, 1st interview, final interview, all of them)
