This project is to design a hotel ground area from scratch, currently it has water ponds, one of the ponds to be replaced with a new pool , about 15 m x 25 meters, design to be created by you. The second pond as indicated in the attached pictures to remain but be converted in a children area and gazebos around it.
Please keep in mind that Iraq is a hot climate area. The landscape to reflect the climate.
Right now the area is used as an attraction but not making money, we need to add to it elements to make money, Replace the old bar with a new one next to the pool.
Add a new sand beach area.
Add a lot of gazebos everywhere that can be rented daily.

Also in the design we need to add an area for Changing and showers, males and females. area is indicated on the picture.
