  • List management- Data management within Excel spreadsheets from numerous marketing channels. 
  • Daily pulling of data and making sure it is organized and sent to the right outlets. 
  • Daily Communication from the marketing team on the ground, pulling info from tax records/ and inputting information and photos into our CRM. 
  • Running company email.
  • Making sure new leads from partners/ and past clients are input into company CRM. 
  • Managing Company Documents to Ensure Title Company has what they need for each project. 
  • History or knowledge in Real Estate is a plus.
