User will purchase a ticket in order win products (land, house, homme furniture, phone, sofas, TV, Bed etc.)

The team will be introduced to the concept and 1st sprint planning will be done.

The designers will work on the solutions and come up with low-fidelity wireframes( greyscales)
After the approval of user flow and greyscale, wireframes the designer will make the High Fidelity Wireframes.

Internal launch and repairing of all contingencies.
User acceptance testing
· QA/tester from the beginning, so from a development point of view, we expect very few bugs. However, we understand the user might use/test it differently so we have kept 1week weeding out any additional bugs or incorporating minor UI changes.
Production deployment LAUNCH
· After incorporating feedback from beta users the developer should proceed toward production rollout.
