I am preparing to submit a response to a proposal. This proposal will have 3 volumes: 1) Technical 2) Past Performance 3) Pricing. The technical will be 20-30 pages of formatted content, Volume 2 will be no more than 15 pages and volume 3 will be between 3 -8 pages. This proposal will require the proposal writer to review several sections of the contract documentation (sections L and M and the Statement of Work) to develop a compliance template. The proposal writer will need to deliver the following:
1) Initial Compliance Template (within 24 hours of the project being started) - this compliance template shall be the 'outline' of what sections are required to be written to, and how they will be evaluated. As the proposal writer - you will be given previous content (from past proposals) and will need to develop new & relevant content to support this new opportunity.
2) Versions there will be 2 - 3 draft versions and a final copy (formatted) with graphics and supporting tables/charts and information. you will need to be creative and able to use Adobe Indesign and photoshop to develop graphical content
