Property Management Coordinator in Bangalore

The position is a freelance position and contract-to-hire depending on performance.

The suitable candidate is expected to be able to perform the following tasks in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Coordinate property management works at various apartments and real estate properties. The property management works include, but not limited - 

- Hire suitable personal on a contract basis to co-ordinate maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, and other routine maintenance activities that may arise from time to time and frequent cadence maintenance activities.
- Be able to coordinate and get rental and other agreements done between the parties and legal experts.
- Be able to hire contractors and get the interior jobs and painting done for homes and commercial spaces
- Be able to facilitate showings of residential and commercial properties
- Other property management activities on an on-going basis
- Computer literate with the ability to create weekly reports
- Be able to coordinate and report the status on a weekly basis to Directors
