We are looking specifically for a print scheduling software and shopfloor management MIS System for short run print and post press jobs.
The purpose is to understand the estimated time vs. the actual time and reshuffle the jobs in the printing department (which will have multiple machines) as well as Post press department (which will have multiple machines/operations). This would include resource planning (Machine & Manpower both).
Please note , that since pre press and post press is a sequential process any deviation in the actuals in one particular job will result in the other sequential operations being affected -
Dashboard , MIS Reports and machine and employment performance all need to be mentioned. We are looking at ODDO or Microsoft dynamics 365 as the SAAS to work on . Please note that we will just buy the module which will have project scheduling and kanban process is to be used , once we start the project certain refinement will be needed
