Hi,
my father recently passed away and this is the best picture I could come with, he was camera shy, for his tombstone picture, as per use here in Italy. It needs the following retouch : 

• he has to look straight to the observer; now looking slightly off camera. 
• his semi closed eye, picture was taken facing the sun, has to be widened
• his figure cropped
• his hair trimmed
• neutral background added
