What we are seeking: 

You'll play a critical role in helping us scale our paid media spend profitably on Google Ads, Facebook, and other experimental channels. 
We're looking for an SEM consultant, a master of google ads and Facebook ads, who has experience scaling paid media spend to 7 figures, is obsessed with data, and has an intuitive understanding of various forms of attribution modeling. 
You'll work closely with the company's leadership on a daily basis, you’ll manage a team of experts, and we hope to groom you to our Director of Media Buying within 9-12 months.

Key Competencies:

  • A master in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Deep understanding of how to craft or identify compelling ad copy, and structure offers and landing pages to convert web visitors to leads.
  • Aptitude for interpreting data points to make smart choices about budget management and effectiveness
  • High attention to detail needed for managing campaigns across a wide scope of platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, Adwords/Bing, and mobile ad networks
  • An ability to communicate with and hold weekly client meetings both internally and externally.

Qualifications : 

Bachelor's degree 
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in digital marketing either on the agency, consultant or company sideSEM (PPC) Experience in Google Ads, and Facebook ads.

  • Has experience in creating, managing and optimizing of multiple Google & Fb ad campaigns simultaneously
  • Writing ad copy that converts
  • Demonstrated record of managing and optimizing monthly ad spending
  • Demonstrated understanding and sensitivity to conversion rate in web and landing page design
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Understanding of appropriate web design and functional best practices would be helpful
  • Google Analytics and AdWords Certified preferred
  • Business acumen – possess insight to larger digital business goals and objectives and understand how the role fits into overall strategy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple obligations and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can commit up to 80+ hours a month to Soundrifft accounts.
