Need R programmer with statistic experience

I am seeking an experienced R programmer who can assist me with specific tasks related to data analysis and visualization. The project will include a data file extracted from a Helpdesk platform. We need to analyse statically (average and deviation) of the tickets.

Data: includes numeric data, textual data, and time series data.

The idea is to be as simple as possible - as this is a study case for beginners.

Average and deviation , graphics

1. Average Ticket vs user

2. Average Ticket vs day

3. Average Ticket vs month

4. Average Ticket vs year

5. Average time solving (Start vs Close dates)

6. Average time solving critical tickets

Skills & Experience:

- Experience in R programming, particularly in data analysis and data visualization

- Experience in dealing with various data types including numeric, textual and time series data

- Experience statistical background

Deliverables & Expectations:

Through this project, I intend to make data-driven decisions and create visualizations for my presentations. In addition, I also want to investigate the averages and deviations on tickets - applying a pertinent statistical model for the same.
