The situation is as follows: Use of Emit-Less Technology on combustion engines lowers fuel consumption, reduces emissions and reduces carbon buildup in engines. The issue for Emit-Less is that the exact mechanism for the technological process needs to be understood in terms of a chemical formula. When Emit-Less follows federal protocols for testing known as FTP tests, the results under state the Emit-Less technological improvements. The principal reason for this is that actual fuel consumption is not measured. According to FTP procedures the fuel consumption is a calculation from the amount of CO2 collected, not an actual fuel measurement. This calculation would be valid for a gasoline only test but is not valid for an Emit-Less test because of the added hydrogen and oxygen. Emit-Less technology adds hydrogen and oxygen to the gasoline fuel along with the normal amount of air. This is the formula that Emit-Less needs to determine. Below is the general formula for gasoline referred to as C8H18 and shown below as the exact organic chemical diagram. 
There are 8 carbons and 18 hydrogen in this diagram. Emit-Less needs to understand the difference between H3C and CH3. What is the difference between the hydrogen bonds H, H2 and H3? All of the bonds in this diagram need to be fully understood. In conclusion Emit-Less will need the new organic chemical formula with the added hydrogen and oxygen from the Emit-Less process. Emit-Less requires this both as the chemical formula and the organic formula with the exact bonding shown.The goal is to give the exact formula for gasoline combustion with the Emit-Less technology added. The Emit-Less process adds both hydrogen and oxygen which leads to increased power as if the octane of the fuel becomes dramatically increased. Emit-Less needs to understand this process with a formula and an explanation which can be shared with others.Emit-Less will supply the following data for this calculation to be completed. If additional data is needed please explain. Emit-Less will do several tests with and without the tech engaged. During each test the weight of fuel consumed will measured as well as the amount of water consumed. To explain; the Emit-Less technology produces hydrogen and oxygen from water in a device known as an electrolyzer, also spelled electrolyser. The amount of oxygen and hydrogen used during each test will not be measured but the amount of water consumed will be. The catalytic converter of the test vehicle has been removed. What will be measured at the exhaust is the Nox, NO, NO2, O2, CO2, CO, HC6 (hexane which is unburned fuel). What will not be measured is the water vapor and the volatile organic compounds. The fuel is a test fuel with a certificate of analysis. With all of this information the task is to create the formula and explanation of what is happening with Emit-Less technology to account for the additional power which translates into additional fuel mileage with careful driving.A scientific explanation for the Emit-Less process may currently exist. The process of adding a small amount of hydrogen to carbon fuel to improve the combustion process, lower fuel consumption and emissions has been known for over forty years. Emit-Less has not seen such an explanation which lead to the demise of groups such as Water4gas and others.
