OBJECTIVES 
The purpose of creating our legal services online is to: 
(1)	Provide legal services to millions of people across the globe without the need for them to visit our law office/Chambers,
(2)	Make more revenue by providing legal services to our clients without seeing them face to face,
(3)	Assist landlords/tenants in issuing out correct legal documents devoid of legal mistakes, and 
(4)	Provide online legal consultations with prompt execution of legal services given to us.
FOCUS
For a start, our Law Office/Chambers intends to provide the following services to our clients on the internet and mobile applications;
1.	Private investigation for purposes of verification of evidence and identities of persons in Nigeria and verification of documents in Nigeria.
2.	Searches and procurement of properties’ title of documents from land registries in Nigeria and verification of genuineness of unregistered title documents.
3.	Tenancy :-
a.	(a)	issuing quit notice, owner’s intention (i.e. 7 days), writ for landlords/landlady 
b.	representing the Landlord/Tenants in court e.t.c
4.	Registration of companies, churches, schools e.t.c
To start with, the following online forms will be launched in February, 2017 with mechanism to drive traffics to our website with a view to get more income.

NOTICE TO QUIT
Instruction: Note that it is legal for the landlord/landlady to issue Quit Notice to his or her tenant(s). When the landlord is instructing an agent or his/her lawyer to issue statutory letters with intention to quit his/her tenants, the landlord must
1.	Give a letter of instructions to the lawyer/agent if the landlord will be available to prosecute the proceedings personally in court. 
or
2.	Execute a Power of Attorney to the lawyer/agent if the agent/lawyer is the one who will appear and prosecute the case in court for and on behalf of the landlord.
Hence: before a Notice to Quit is issued, the landlord must indicate his intention whether he/she would be available in court to give testimony. 
The implication is that before a notice to quit is issued, a letter of instructions or power of attorney must first be generated. Hence, our online forms are titled for the purpose of this project as:

	FORM C = NOTICE TO QUIT
	FORM D = OWNER’S INTENTION (7 DAYS)
	FORM E = LETTER OF RENT INCREMENT
	FORM F = LETTER FOR DEMAND OF PAYMENT OF RENT
	FORM G = WRIT FOR POSSESSION
	FORM H = TENANCY AGGREMENT
