My budget is 5,000/-

I have a Landing Page and Inner page Designed for my website.
Need a Developer to code and convert to website. 

1) total pages 20 -22 - Landing page will be unique, inner pages will be one page which will be saved as.
2) Home page as parallax  - similar to https://hitachiglobalweb.plasticbcn.com , lower banners will be different
3) Master page for header and footer
4) should not use wordpress or similar template or framework....fresh development
5) multi browser / device compatibility
6) instead of banner on home page it will be a video....on devices if video not supported it should show a static image.
7) images should be random for lower banners and client logos from a folder

do let me know if you can achieve it i will award the project.
