This is a part-time job with the potential to become full time. Your work will mostly be web and phone-based. Hours of work will be based on US-West coast time. All training and work will be done wherever you are, but you need to have your computer and the ability to keep it running.

Task and Time Management
-Record all tasks assigned and performed
-Keep accurate and detailed records of time spent on tasks
-Create follow-up emails based on information provided by the meeting owner
-Record information collected from the meeting owner in a contact database
-Add or update calendar items
Management of Contact Database
-Enter new contact information
-Update existing contact information
-Log value activities performed by contact owner
-Track all Action items
-Invite new contacts to LinkedIn
-Accept LinkedIn invitation
-Perform various internet based research
-Perform prospect research
-Create email drafts for the folks you work for
-Creation of text templates
