What is Mystery Shopping?
Mystery shopping is a method used externally by market research companies to measure quality of service, or compliance with regulation, or to gather specific information about products and services. The Mystery Shopper's specific identity and purpose are generally not known by the establishment being evaluated. Mystery Shoppers perform specific tasks such as purchasing a product, asking questions, registering complaints, or behaving in a certain way, and then provide detailed reports or feedback about their experiences.In case of ROYAL ENFLIED, you will be asked to pose as a potential Customer and enquire about specific bike models at their Stores and/or get your Royal Enfield Bike serviced to gauge the quality of customer service provided at the ROYAL ENFIELD Service Centre. Post your visit, you will have to provide all your feedback on an objective questionnaire which will be made available to you.
