EA(Virtual Assistant ) Job Responsibility

  1. Coordinate executive communications, responding to emails and interfacing with clients and team members
  2. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
  3. Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  4. Take care of travel/personal billing management
  5. Coordinate with the team members, taking timesheet and process it Maintaining important reminders
  6. If needed help in managing projects
  7. Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
  8. Helping prepare for meetings
  9. Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed
  10. Provide general administrative support.
  11. Managing Payment processing and invoicing to the client, if needed.
This will be monthly job required dedicated 4-5 hours per day.
