we at LAN-IT24 are currently looking for on-site
supporters for our customers.

 



In the locations:

 



- Dodewaard, Netherlands


- Madrid and València, Spain


- Seekirchen and Herzogenburg, Austria


- Paris, France

 



Start: ASAP


End: May 2021 (with option)

 



Your skills:

 



• Degree in computer science, engineering or
professional experience


• Experience in technical support in a computer-related
area


• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and
procedures in the relevant field. Knowledge of the following components to
support the infrastructure:

 



1.Standard desktop, tools and utilities, operating
systems,


2. Software installation and basic functional
troubleshooting (not software-specific),


3. IT networks and voice services (basics: IP address,
static / dynamic, client configuration, troubleshooting for connections),


4. Active Directory account management (password
reset, unlocking, administrator rights),


5. Software provision via SCCM or a similar tool,


6. Thin client technology (Citrix: support of the end
user when starting Citrix applications and recognizing problems),


7. Tools for ticket processing / cross-team
troubleshooting; Qualification, documentation and ticket processing,

 



• Ability to perform the following tasks:

 



1. Problem identification, qualification and solution
within the work areas,


2. Replacement of the internal desktop / laptop
hardware: hard drive, SSD, drives, RAM,


3. Moving hardware between locations, wiring, patching
network cables,


4. Distribute HW to end users,


5. imaging of desktops and laptops,


6. Hardware tests,


7. Distributing and helping with peripheral devices
(mobile phone, tablet, scanner, etc.),

 



• Understanding of IT service management concepts;


• Strong communication skills, including the ability
to document operations;


• Strong customer service skills and the ability to
handle all types of customer service inquiries;


• Good analytical, communicative, problem-solving and
organizational skills;


• Ability to work effectively independently and in a
multicultural team environment;


• Ability to interact effectively with a diverse user
base;


• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with
sensitive security and physical security;


• is fluent in the national language and English;


• Well organized, results-oriented, self-motivated and
proactive;


• Analytical, solution-oriented and delivery-oriented;


• Driving license.

 



The technician receives 5 days of training from us.
Then he should be familiar with the area.

For 8 hours of work. 5 days / week. No overtime or
weekend work.
