I'm looking for someone who can build a cross platform app, I'd prefer flutter. This will be a very simple quiz application, I'd prefer having php at the backend. I need a portal where I can list the questions with options and correct answers. And this will be displayed in randomized order. And I'd need different categories for questions so the questions will be shown to users of that categories only.

Bid only if you can develop app which can be published for both android and ios.
