I need to build a highly skilled team

This team will be a group of people working together to start a company/side hustles, we will do various things working together to become the successful people we all dream to be. I would like to form this team so we can all work together to make our dreams come true, not everyone can be great at all skills but if we have a team of skilled people in every category we are destined to do great.

I want to be very clear on this part, you will be deposited $3 for truelancer to put you in the group, after this the payment will be different. Not hourly, not by the job, but rather paid in a percentage of the profits our company/side hustles earn. This gives the ability to not be stuck working hourly for someone forever , taking a leap into a new form of money making. How much % do you ask? The amount of work you put in. If you are doing %50 of the work for the entire "side hustles" income making , you will recieve %50 of profits made. ( aside from money put back into the business ofc).
