INCUBATOR TURNER CODE MODIFICATION

I NEED SOMEONE TO MODIFY THIS CODE TO BE DOING THE FOLLOWING

1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
To be turning inverter relay HIGH for 15munite
in each (1 hr) one hour 

2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
To be changing between Auto mode and manual mode
without delay, the LED for the mode should be HIGH to indicate 

3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
To be turning either reverse or forward in an interval
of (1 hr) one hour, when the motor is turning the LED for the direction should
be blinking in line with the buzzer &nbsp;till
the limit switch is pressed then the LED for the direction and Auto Mode be ON
till the time for another turning is due.
