Summary / Primary Role:
This position will involve contacting existing customers asking for the feedback regarding our software and services we provide and receiving call from customers for support
- Responsible for assigned customer accounts.
- Maintains training abilities for clients and consumers
- Must be pleasant, professional, detailed communication skills
- Comfort working with iPads and tablet-based software
- Must know basic customer service and sales techniques to help with problem shooting
- Any other responsibilities /task assign by the supervisor
