Web application

We are financial
advisor that provides services to real estate companies who sell homes to
clients and the need to check financial status of clients. So I need web
application with database and mobile app well. When real estate company search
for client by name or number, feedback should be given with indicator. This indicator
is color indicator, if it is green light it means client is good, if it is
orange light, that means we don’t know about client, and if it is red client
then it is bad client. 

System should have 3
main accounts

1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Admin

2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Financial Advisor

3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Real Estate company

Admin should be able to
create, edit revoke accounts for financial advisor

Financial Advisor
should be able to create, edit, and revoke accounts for real estate companies

Submission form should
be available for Agencies to submit client details seeking the financial
status. 

Once inquiry is
received, financial advisor log and update client information including
feedback and acceptance score.

Once financial advisor
update the record notification should go to agency

The real estate agency only can see only
following information with acceptation score (%) as a light

Mobile App

The mobile app is required to
display same data for Real estate companies and it gives a signal when feedback
is ready. May be API from web site is required for this task
