Part Time Virtual
Assistant required: Can start off with INR 5K / Month and can increase based on
effectiveness.


I require some virtual assistant to help me out in my day to
day work. Maximum work time will be 2 to 3 hours per day and some days there might
not be any work at all.

All you need is a good working laptop / desktop, a good
phone and an open mind to learn and listen.


Job Description:
Mainly the work will be but not limited to:

Administrative work

Booking appointments with clients

Following up with clients/customers

Responding to mails


·        

File Management


·        

Set-up Social Media Accounts 


·        

Some specific Research and read up of articles
from internet and sending them as notes to me

Perform market research (as and when needed)

Create Presentations

Manage contacts list

Preparing and maintaining databases

Lead Management


·        

Billing and accounting activities


·        

Other administrative and business tasks as
needed
