I am looking for basic human competence and professionalism. We all know that AI has eaten the low-end jobs and call centers will be closing. What's your plan? I need mostly simple tasks executed, like local SEO config following a video, or pasting automated tests output by a script into an automated test platform. Another simple example, I just lost a couple hours chatting with Claude about Coming Soon Plugins, finding one that allows editing the coming soon page in the free version, then configuring it, including generating a favicon. That would fall under this task. Another task, I have WordPress Plugin If-So, and an AI plugin for Sheets, and need to generate some city specific pages for my sites....probably dynamic pages using a query parameter, so we will need to - In the RankMath plugin settings, under the "Sitemap" section, there is an option called "URL Parameters" where you can specify which query parameters should be included in the sitemap. If you were capable to think of and implement such things without being told, that would be great. Really, a competent human being who can be useful, who knows how to use the AI. If you are a human, literate in English, have some character, work ethic, pride in work, and intelligence, I would love to have you work on my project(s).&nbsp;If you have basic WordPress literacy, and maybe some Python or PHP skills, that could be helpful, but mostly, I am looking for the humans - those are worth the time and energy to create accounts for them and add them to Google Docs. If you are doing to be in festival for a week, or if your grandmother is sick, or if your farm is underwater, try to let me know, so that I am not chasing you for status updates.&nbsp;This is professional, even just basic human, communication, but incredibly uncommon on Truelancer. What is more common seems to be VAs who tell they have transferred all the requirements to my project management system...then, I have to review the work because they are incompetent, and I point out 20 missing tasks, and they say, "oh, those are in the other project". Oh, and the jokers who took a month to fail at a 3 day task...that is always good for project deadlines. Or the idiot to took a couple of minutes to do the 3 tasks of 82 that I literally showed how to do in a Loom video, and thought that was worth $60. I hope the responsible parties in the above 3 cases (unfortunately, there are more) recognize themselves and have the decency to be ashamed. And do not say "Sure", because the Indian Yes is the worst thing in the World, and a waste of oxygen. I am looking for someone who WANTS to work, not tomorrow, not next week, NOW. You can see my reviews.&nbsp;I am brilliant- you can learn a lot from me.&nbsp;Or, you can keep waiting for AI to take your job because you aren't actually creating any value- your choice. My major project right now is a platform for used appliance stores. There are major areas of my application/platform, including reporting (which is a commercial plugin, not much to figure out, no coding) and the affiliate system (another commercial plugin, well documented, well supported, with good online documentation) that need some analysis and documentation, in the context of the application requirements captured in the project management system.&nbsp;If you can read and think at about an 8th grade level, this should be quite accessible. The right person, I could just point to my website and/or my project management system and say "add value", and they would find things not done, not well done, missing, not well documented, etc. and start adding value by fixing those issues. I am hoping that such humans exist on Truelancer, but rapidly losing faith. I think that my best match might be an underemployed developer, capable of thinking, maybe up to configuring (not coding) API integrations.&nbsp;Again, in this example, basic human competence would go a long way...all the APIs are documented, there are great YouTube videos on how to use Postman for testing APIs, I can add you to my Collection there, and we can screenshare a bit of my working example, the trigger application I am thinking of is well documented, and well supported, and I have integration tools like Bit Integrations....we could even likely use Zapier, which is about 20 years old now, and has pretty good documentation and lots of videos - all of this, just add literacy and competence.
