i have a plot sized 30x50 feet west facing, surrounded by 3 sides so that sunlight and air can enter only from top or front. looking for a modern house design which has a basement (with parking and recreational area) and 2 floors above that, all well ventilated and sufficient lighting, should not be congested. must be designed according to Vastu. must give a 3-D visualisation video for that .
