We are looking for Customer Support Freelancers to work in our current game projects. Languages vary from: Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Malay, Japanese, Korean. Please specifiy which written language(s) you can provide service. The freelancer is also required to communicate in English to work with internal team members.

  • Scope of Services:
    • Provide customer service to game players, including answering questions, responding to complaints, resolving payment issues
    • Alert appropriate internal teams as issues arise and work with them to resolve issues
  • Rate: by per tickets answered
  • CS tool: agent to use Helpshift to reply to player tickets, and other internal admin tools for issues investigation
  • SLA: tickets to be replied within the working day
  • Agent Activation: upon requirement, but will be notified at least 1 day ahead of required day(s)
  • Availability: weekdays only
  • Equipment: personal PC / laptop
  • Access: we will provide access to the Customer Service portal and / or e-mail
  • Training will be provided 
  • Remuneration to be paid at the end of each month
