Handle incoming emails on gaming
Must be fluent in conversational English
Strong in both written and communicating in French
Ability to deliver excellent customer service quality
Able to understand games from a gamer's perspective and give in-depth gaming and PC troubleshooting support
Ability to solve and analyze information accurately with appropriate speed and guidelines
Able to work shifts on weekends
Those with a strong interest in games are preferred
Holiday will have to follow the company's holiday
