We receive inquiries from customers for there orders and product.
We need an Extension which can suggest replies for the inquiry made by Customers.

Step 1: Get the Order Status based on Shipping , Delivery Date and Payment Status .
Step 2: Save the Replies in the form of Templates for future use.
Step 3 : Suggest the Replies Based on Keywords or Subject line for new Messages.
