We need some calculation like amount of ingredients used, process involved in packaged food items. The food items are like Tilli Ladu, Mixture, Bhujia etc. There are available products in market of above items and you can use that for reference.


You have to recreate the same item in kitchen with measurement of each ingredients and process documentation. The final item should be at least similar to other available products.
