<h2>Project Overview</h2><p>We’re building a <strong>Flutter Admin/Staff app (Flutex Admin/Staff)</strong> that connects to <strong>Perfex CRM (self-hosted)</strong> and adds <strong>calling via Twilio Programmable Voice</strong>. We want a freelancer to <strong>implement the core integrations end-to-end</strong>, document everything, and hand it off cleanly so our team can maintain it.</p><p><strong>Stack (current):</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Flutter (stable), Dart</li><li>Perfex CRM (PHP/MySQL, self-hosted)</li><li>Twilio Programmable Voice (outbound PSTN now; inbound/app-to-app optional)</li><li>Stripe Billing (subscriptions) — optional phase</li></ul><h2>Goals</h2><ol><li><strong>Perfex ↔ Flutex</strong>: Reliable login + CRUD via Perfex API module; roles/permissions mapped.</li><li><strong>Twilio Voice</strong>: Place calls from the app to real phone numbers (PSTN) using Access Tokens &amp; TwiML App.</li><li><strong>Production-ready setup</strong>: Secure config, docs, and a simple CI build path.</li><li><strong>(Optional) Stripe</strong>: Plans, Checkout/Portal, webhook → entitlements in app.</li></ol><h2>Scope of Work</h2><h3>A) Perfex CRM Integration</h3><ul><li>Install/verify <strong>Perfex API module</strong> and expose necessary endpoints.</li><li>Configure <strong>Base URL + API Key</strong> and wire app authentication (Admin/Staff).</li><li>Implement basic flows: list/search clients/leads, view details, create/update a record, attachments.</li><li>Map <strong>roles/permissions</strong>; ensure only allowed data is shown in the app.</li><li>Harden with HTTPS, error handling, retry/timeouts.</li></ul><h3>B) Twilio Programmable Voice</h3><ul><li>Buy/assign a <strong>Voice-capable Twilio number</strong> (we’ll fund the number).</li><li>Create <strong>TwiML App</strong> + <strong>Voice URL</strong> that returns <code>&lt;Dial&gt;&lt;Number&gt;…&lt;/Number&gt;</code>.</li><li>Provide a small <strong>Access-Token endpoint</strong> (prefer <strong>Twilio Functions / Node.js</strong>) issuing JWT with <strong>VoiceGrant</strong>.</li><li>Flutter side: integrate a maintained <strong>Twilio Voice plugin/native SDK</strong>; init with token; place outbound calls (E.164 numbers).</li><li>Handle call states (connecting/ringing/failed), errors, and basic UI events.</li><li>(Optional later) Incoming calls via push (FCM/APNs) + <code>&lt;Client&gt;</code> if we add app-to-app.</li></ul><h3>C) Configuration &amp; Security</h3><ul><li>All secrets via <strong>env vars</strong> (no secrets in repo). </pre><ul><li>Document <strong>number formatting (E.164)</strong>, caller ID, trial vs production behavior.</li><li>Basic logging &amp; error reporting (recommendation welcome).</li></ul><h3>D) (Optional) Stripe Billing</h3><ul><li>Create <strong>Products/Prices</strong> (monthly/yearly).</li><li>Implement <strong>Checkout</strong> + <strong>Billing Portal</strong>.</li><li>Webhook to update subscription <strong>entitlements</strong> for users; app reads entitlements from our backend or a config endpoint.</li><li>VAT/EU considerations: Stripe Tax setup guidance.</li></ul><h3>E) Handoff &amp; Docs</h3><ul><li>Clear <strong>README</strong> with setup steps (local, staging, prod), environment variables, and deployment.</li><li>Short <strong>video or screenshots</strong> showing the call flow and Perfex CRUD working.</li><li>Simple <strong>CI command</strong> to build Android debug/release (iOS later).</li></ul><h2>Deliverables</h2><ul><li>Working <strong>Perfex ↔ App</strong> integration (login + core CRUD).</li><li>Working <strong>Twilio outbound call</strong> from app to a real number (PSTN).</li><li><strong>Source code changes</strong> (PR) with comments + README.</li><li><strong>Twilio Functions</strong> (or minimal Node.js server) for <code>/access-token</code> and Voice webhook.</li><li>(Optional) Stripe billing flow + webhook with entitlement update.</li></ul><h2>Acceptance Criteria</h2><ul><li>App logs in to Perfex, lists clients/leads, opens details, and updates a field successfully.</li><li>Tapping <strong>Call</strong> dials a real (verified) number via Twilio; user sees call states and hangup/failed states.</li><li>All config via env/<code>--dart-define</code>; <strong>no secrets</strong> committed.</li><li>README lets a new dev reproduce setup from scratch.</li></ul><h2>Nice-to-Have</h2><ul><li>Mock mode (<code>--dart-define=MOCK_API=true</code>) to demo UI without backend.</li><li>Basic analytics + Crashlytics (or Sentry).</li><li>Simple feature flags for entitlements.</li></ul><h2>Your Profile / Must-Have Experience</h2><ul><li>Flutter (Dart), Android build tooling, and clean state management.</li><li>Twilio Programmable Voice (TwiML, Access Tokens, VoiceGrant; Node.js preferred).</li><li>REST integrations and auth; production-grade error handling.</li><li>Perfex CRM (or confident with PHP apps + module installation).</li><li>Good written documentation.</li><li>Bonus: Stripe Billing + webhooks.</li></ul><h2>What We Provide</h2><ul><li>Perfex server (HTTPS) with access.</li><li>Twilio account with balance; we’ll purchase the number.</li><li>Stripe account (if we do the optional phase).</li><li>Git repo access and test users.</li></ul><h2><br></h2>
