I am looking for an Event Organizer for an event between 15-20 April

From 8am, the crew would arrive followed by the guests at 9am. The event would start at 9:30am and goes on for 3h then the guests would leave the hall. The few VIP Guests would remain to perform a presentation in front of their VIP Colleagues for another 2h then the event wraps up. 

There will be a team of phorographers and videographers, as the main thing in the event is the recording of the video and the guests will be there for the sake of the filming solely. 

The Event Organizer would manage the crowd and the flow of the event, with the help of Assistants.
