Electronics circut design in Eagle or Fusion360

We are looking for freelancers to convert our hand sketches, PDF drawings, application note drawings etc. into complete schematics on Eagle or Fusion360. All schematics must be made with complete footprints, correct packages along with proper BOM from Digikey & Mouser. 

Most of the circuits will be generic electronic circuits or IOT circuits and there may be a few high power and high fidelity analog I/O circuits. 

Freelancer will have to take note of-

1. Correct sizing of components, power regulators, transistors etc. 

2. Ensuring continuity and correctness in the entire system. If our circuit is missing a return path, you are expected to point it out. 

3. Complete Bill of Material with purchase links and prices from Digikey & Mouser with limitations to stock, price, manufacturer etc.

PCB design capablity and expertise will be appreciated but is not critical. Please don't say that you can do PCB design if you haven't done it before, you'll be found out and will pay for it.

Designs will be evaluated by very designers with more than 10 yrs of experience. 

This will be a long term job and we will need multiple engineers.
