Key Responsibilities:

Drawing and Model Checking:

• Review shop drawings and BIM models (architectural, structural, and MEP coordination) for small to medium-scale projects.
• Verify adherence to project standards, client specifications, and industry codes.

Client Coordination:

• Act as the primary liaison with clients to gather accurate and complete inputs for the project.
• Validate and clarify information received from clients, ensuring it aligns with project requirements.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the technical team's outputs meet the highest quality standards.
• Check for consistency, accuracy, and compliance in all deliverables.
• Highlight any discrepancies or issues in the drawings or models and propose corrective actions.

Technical Guidance:

• Provide constructive feedback and clear guidance to the technical team.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with project milestones and deadlines.

Coordination and Reporting:

• Collaborate with the project team to identify potential conflicts in MEP coordination and resolve them proactively.
• Maintain proper documentation and logs for all reviews, approvals, and client communications.
