We are launching an upscale hair salon in central Bangkok (Sukhumvit area) on July 8th, 2025 and seeking a talented Thai digital marketing specialist or small agency to help create and execute our launch campaign.

Role Structure

You will serve as the strategic architect and mentor, while:

• Developing comprehensive marketing strategy and frameworks
• Training and mentoring our internal team member who will handle day-to-day execution
• Providing weekly guidance and campaign oversight
• Conducting monthly performance reviews and strategy adjustments
• Being available for consultation and strategic decisions

Our team member will handle:

• Daily content posting and community management
• Customer interactions via social platforms
• Basic content creation under your guidance
• Implementation of your strategic direction

What We Need

Pre-Launch Strategy Development (May-June 2025)

• Social media strategy and account setup guidance (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LINE)
• Content calendar development and team training
• Local influencer strategy and outreach frameworks
• Team mentoring for pre-opening buzz creation

Launch Campaign Oversight (July 2025)

• Grand opening campaign strategy and execution oversight
• Targeted advertising setup and team training
• LINE marketing strategy implementation guidance
• Launch week performance monitoring and adjustments

Post-Launch Support (July-September 2025)

• Strategy oversight and performance monitoring
• Team mentoring and guidance
• Campaign optimization and adjustments
• Monthly strategy reviews and recommendations

Ideal Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements

• Thai national with reasonable English communication skills
• Based in Bangkok with understanding of local market
• Experience with hair/beauty salon marketing (portfolio required)
• Proven track record with Instagram, Facebook, and LINE marketing
• Understanding of Bangkok demographics and beauty industry trends

• Launch campaigns for beauty/lifestyle businesses

Project Timeline

Budget Range

• Launch Campaign: THB 60,000 - 120,000 (inclusive of ad spend)
