I want to design a mechanical assembly for liquid treatment. Assembly is composed of two coaxial cylinders. Inner cylinder connected with high voltage and outer one connected with ground.
the gap between electrodes = 1cm
Inner electrode dia = 4cm
outer electrode dia = 5 cm
length of electrodes = 4 cm
the material of electrodes = stainless steel
The liquid in the gap = water
Applied voltage = 10 kV, 15 kV and 20 kV in pulsating form. pulse width = 2micro seconds, frequency = 100 Hz to 1 kHz 
Change the flow of the water inside the gap
measure electric field distribution, temperature rise, the temperature distribution with flow
