We need a logo for an online platform. This platform will be used by people who are looking for a real estate broker., but it will also be used for other kind of brokers, such as insurance and more. So, the logo must not only be targeted towards real estate, it must be generalist enough so it can represent well our others markets.

It is called: Zone Courtier (french). In English, it would translate to broker zone. The name that will be used for the logo is Zone Courtier.

We are looking for something sober, classic. It must be simple and easy to recognize. Must be attractive to people from 25 to 65 years old. The color scheme is also important and should match the logo well in addition to having a pleasing visual appearance.

We are opened to any design suggestion, as long as it respects the standards mentioned above.

We want the final logo in a Adobe Illustrator file.

We will be rejecting and shortlisting items during the contest so you can we what we are and are not looking for. Don't be shy to modify you work and resend it.

If all of our criteria are met, we will have further work to offer to the winner of the contest such as producing templates and more.
