your job is to email customers their tracking numbers and then communicate with them about the status of their order. If their package stops your job is to tell them about the reshipment process if the package doesn't start moving again in 7 days. Your job is to then email USPS about the lost package and begin the lost package finding process.
Your job is to also follow up with customers after each delivery and make sure that they received their order fine and if they need anything else.
Your job is to be in constant contact with our customers regarding 1. The shipment and order status 2. Hearing from them that they received our order and its right and 3. Following up again for a reorder 30 days and then again 60 days later via email.
you will also email necessary paperwork to customers
