Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service and support to our clients 
Duties:

  • You will provide product support for our software solution.
  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Giving the demo and training of product
  • Create workflow and manage all communication
  • Delegating certain customer inquiries to specific teams
  • Managing customers’ accounts
  • Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
  • Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
  • Managing a large number of incoming emails
Requirement:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( Can Handle USA Clients)
  • The ability to maintain calm under pressure
  • Efficiency and organizational skills
  • Should know basics of search engines and social media sites
  • You should have a laptop with Broadband Internet Connectivity and a good earphone
  • You should have 2+ Years of experience
Position: Remote Based ( Delhi)Timing: 4 PM-1 AM (IST)
