Job description

You must have a collaborative mindset, be efficient and adopt a solution-oriented approach. The position requires involvement at all stages of the customer journey, from the sale, to customer support in the use of the software and its projects.

Your mission
Contact all prospects
Demonstrate the value of our software and create interest through demos
Convert qualified prospects
Supporting new customers in their first steps
Help and advise clients on how to manage certain aspects of their business
Assist existing customers for all their needs related to our software
Collaborate with partners to maintain positive relationships and improve our sales
Understand and formulate customer needs to influence development planning and help QuoteMachine to grow
Prerequisites
From 0 to 3 years of experience in a relevant environment (eg, Retail, customer support, SaaS software, solutions vendor, technological environment)
Excellent communication skills and empathy with clients, listening, speaking and writing skills
Fluent in English and French
University diploma
strengths
Retail experience
Knowledge of merchant software (Lightspeed, Vend, QuickBooks, Square, Shopify)
Basic understanding of accounting principles and / or invoicing
Knowledge of a third language
