Objective:

Maintain an overview of all customers with contracts and their associated open positions. The aim is to quickly visualize which customers are in our database per region.


Scenario: 

Imagine a candidate residing in Roeselare city, aiming to be within a 30-minute commute to their new job. I need a user-friendly method to identify customers in the region who meet this criterion. With just a few clicks, I should be able to access the following information:

- Our customers located within a 30-minute radius of the candidate's residence.

- All job openings within a 30-minute commute from the candidate's residence.


Variables:

1. City Name

2. Radius / Distance expressed in a 30-minute commute (as indicated on Google Maps)


Extras:

- Visual representation of the map showcasing the locations of various companies.


Overview Format:

Customers organized by:

- Province: East and West Flanders

- City

- Customer Status: Urgent / Not urgent / Passive


For Each Customer:

- Associated open vacancies

- Vacancy Status (on hold / closed / open)


With this structure and functionality, navigating the spreadsheet will provide a clear and organized view of customer locations, their status, and available job opportunities, facilitating efficient decision-making.
