Assignment is to process a PDF book of recipes into JSON for import to WPRM Élite.  Should be a lot of obvious issues like xinverting to HTML, looking at font tags, the words Ingredients and Directions, and using the TOC as a checklist that you got them all.

You could probably be a smart guy and find similar projects on the web, like https://github.com/modesty/pdf2json

For starters, you could convert the PDF to HTML.
