Project Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled software developer or a team with expertise in integrating and enhancing logistic and supply chain management systems. Our objective is to augment our existing track and trace system by ensuring seamless integration with our Laravel-based empanelment software and our QR code generation platform. This project aims to automate critical processes, streamline data flow, enhance user interaction, and incorporate robust security and analytical features to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
 
Key Features &amp; Functionalities:
1. Advanced Integration Capabilities:
- Facilitate automated linkage between our empanelment software and the track and trace system for direct data import of user details and allocation information.
- Develop and integrate APIs for seamless data exchange and operational efficiency between the existing QR code generation software and the new track and trace system.
2. QR Code Generation and Feedback Automation:
- Enable automatic QR code generation for feedback collection, tailored to processing centers/products, with automated distribution via download links.
- Integrate a feedback system for immediate user responses and analytics to gauge satisfaction and operational success.
3. Dynamic Allocation and Payment Processing:
- Implement an admin feature for creating and managing master allocations to processing centers through manual and bulk upload options.
- Allow processing centers to select specific quantities for delivery, make payments via an integrated banking gateway/escrow system, and receive corresponding delivery orders.
4. User Portal and Transaction Security:
- Design a user-friendly portal for processing centers to manage their allocations, make secure transactions, and track delivery orders.
- Ensure transaction security, incorporating encryption and data protection standards.
5. Comprehensive Delivery and Data Collection System:
- Develop a mobile application for real-time data and photo uploads during pickup and delivery, with GPS timestamping.
- Create a system for detailed input of delivery and dispatch data at processing centers and final delivery points.
6. Automated Communication &amp; AI-Driven Analytics:
- Automate communication for efficient QR codes distribution and feedback collection.
- Use AI and machine learning for feedback and operational data analysis, offering insights for improvement.
7. Basic Functionalities for Enhanced User Experience:
- User account management for creation and management of different role profiles within the system.
- Real-time alerts and notifications for allocation updates, payment confirmations, and delivery scheduling.
- Reporting and analytics dashboard for administrators to monitor operations, track allocations, and analyze feedback trends.
- Help and support center for users to access FAQs, submit queries, and receive assistance.
- Reporting in MIS formats as needed.
Detailed Working of Track and Trace System:
The Track and Trace system is designed to offer end-to-end visibility and control over the supply chain process. From empanelment to delivery, the system ensures that every step is monitored, and data is captured for operational excellence and decision-making.
- Empanelment and Data Integration: Users are onboarded through a comprehensive empanelment process. Data from the empanelment software is integrated directly, ensuring that processing centers and their allocations are accurately reflected within the system.
- QR Code for Feedback: QR codes are generated and linked to feedback pages for each product/processing center, automating the feedback collection process.
- Allocation Management: Administrators assign allocations to processing centers, who can then pay for and request deliveries as per their immediate needs.
- Secure Payment Processing: A secure portal facilitates payments for allocations, with support for partial deliveries.
- Delivery and Collection: A mobile app is used for data and photo uploads during pickup and delivery, ensuring real-time tracking and verification.
- Analytics and Reporting: AI-driven analytics provide insights into operations, feedback, and efficiency, helping to continuously improve the supply chain process.
Ideal Candidate:
- Expertise in Laravel, MySQL, API development, and integrating complex software systems.
- Experience in developing logistics and supply chain management software with a focus on security, user experience, and data analytics.
- Knowledge of financial transactions systems, QR code technologies, and automated communication solutions.
- Ability to implement AI/ML for data analysis and feedback processing.
Project Duration: 2 weeks
