B2B Appointment Setter for a Luxury Magazine
I publish a neighborhood luxury magazine for a very affluent community in Houston, Texas that is direct mailed to 10,000 homes every month. Local businesses purchase ads in the publication. The goal of an appointment setter is to set up calls with either the owner or decision maker who can purchase advertising. I will provide a script of what to say. We have found that this script allows for an inexperienced call setter to set at least 1 appointment for every 10 calls made(roughly). Business owners want to reach this really affluent neighborhood, that's why we have such a great success rate with this phone script.
The overall goal is to set up 10 appointments per week.

Dial for a minimum of five hours per day (preferably 9am-3pm)
Set at least two or more appointments per day
Make 22 to 30 dials per hour and a minimum total of 110 dials per day
