This role combines customer communication, administrative support, and email marketing. You will represent my brands professionally by communicating with clients, managing follow-ups, and assisting with marketing campaigns and promotions. You must be comfortable making and receiving business calls and managing communications on my behalf. --- Brands You Will Support Island Vacation Travel Podcast — Podcast promotion and audience engagement Island Vacation Concierge Transportation &amp; Courier — Client coordination and scheduling Island Vacation Travel Agency LLC — Travel inquiries, affiliate promotions, and customer communication --- Key Responsibilities Client Communications Make and receive calls professionally on my behalf Respond to customer emails and inquiries Schedule consultations and bookings Conduct follow-ups with leads and clients Maintain organized communication records Administrative Support Calendar management and appointment scheduling Data entry and organization of customer information CRM and inbox management Assist with operational workflows Email Marketing (Flodesk) Create and schedule email campaigns Manage subscriber lists and segmentation Assist with newsletters and promotions Support campaign organization and tracking Marketing Support Help promote podcast episodes and services Assist with affiliate marketing promotions (links provided) Repurpose marketing content ideas Support outreach and partnership communication --- Required Skills Excellent English communication (written &amp; verbal) Comfortable handling business phone calls Virtual Assistant or customer support experience Strong organization and reliability Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Flodesk preferred) Ability to work independently --- Preferred Skills (Bonus) Travel or hospitality industry experience Podcast or digital marketing experience CRM or booking system familiarity Affiliate marketing knowledge --- Work Details Remote position 10–20 hours per week (to start) Flexible schedule (U.S. Eastern Time availability preferred) Long-term growth opportunity--- Compensation Performance bonuses possible as responsibilities grow--- How to Apply Please include: 1.
