About the role


You
will be the face of the business and the first
point of contact for all customers. Working within a professional environment
and with a strong ability to multitask,
you will be an integral part of this organisation. You will take pride in your
customer service abilities and enjoy chat support
as your career focus.

currently are looking for 1 person who helps us with the chat support

Full-time
position (6 days per week), Working hours- 9 AM to 6 PM AEST (Australian Eastern
Standard Time) is a unique opportunity for an individual with outstanding
customer service skills to join the team.  

What you will bring to the role


The ideal
candidate will work with high efficiency and exhibit a real passion for the
role and the customer experience. We expect you to perform at a high standard and be a strong ambassador
for the brand. In this busy and diverse role,
your tasks and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:


Role Responsibilities:

·        

Offering Live Chat Support in a professional and courteous manner. (No Tele-Support needed)

·        

Assist
people with enquiries.
         
Handle
problems that arise on jobs.
       
Communicate
with customers when issues arise on jobs.
      
Proactively
monitoring the website and sales.         
Collecting,
sorting and sending out emails to customers.
         
Content
and Blog writing
         
Technical
writing


Skills & Experience:
Previous
customer service experience.
       
Impeccable
communication skills (verbal and written).         
Good
problem-solving skills.
      
Must
be a quick learner.
       
Excellent
management skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
         
Office
administration and/or accounts receivable.
         
Sound
working knowledge of CRM System
         
Excellent
English verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to engage with
diversified customers.

Strong
written and computer skills for the creation of plans and programs.

·        

Blog/content/
technical writing experience.
