We are an innovative software firm that not only automated Employment
and Real Estate systems, but also introduced a new and improved set of
business processes, to improve efficiencies, strengthen internal
controls and mitigate numerous fraud risks. We are also one of only a
handful of software firms with a software solution for Biometric ID
Verification of identity documents (facial recognition, liveness checks
and verification of document contents). We are now looking for full
stack developers: full-time, and part-time (20hrs+/week), initially for a
3-month contract, with the possibility for a longer-term role.



Core Requirements:

- PHP & PDOs (prepared statements)

- MySQL,

- JS & JSON (preferably knockout.js but we'd give you time to learn KO)

- MVC.

- Attention to detail, reliable, integrity and an interest to commit to more than a short-term project. We have ongoing development needs.


Remuneration & Bonus:

As we are a start-up salary will be fair. There is also a bonus pool
that all team members share, based on revenues, team and individual
performance, as well as loyalty and hard work.

Flexible Hours & Work From Home:

We also allow flexi-hours, but you will need to work at least 2hrs/day
during UK afternoons or evenings and be available
during this time on skype, to ensure we can communicate real-time.



Interview & Onboarding Process:

Stage 1: Technical and Soft Skills tests

Stage 2: a phone interview

Onboarding: upon receiving a verbal offer and an offer in writing, you
will be expected to provide: Proof of ID, Address, Qualifications and
verify your recent work history. You will also need to sign a
Non-Disclosure-Non-Compete. Anyone unwilling to go through this process
should not apply. (We tell you this upfront so you can choose whether
or not to invest time in this process).
