I have a client with an Avaya IP500V2 that is currently only connected to an ISDN line.
If I can arrange for the box to be corrected to their LAN, can they pay you to remotely correct and reconfigure the unit to route calls via a SIP trunk from VoipFone (who supply their Fibre broadband service).
Apparently they have other things that they would like tweaking, along the lines of editing voicemail settings. (I'll get a full list of their requirements)
They don't like service contracts, but they do become loyal to suppliers who are happy to work with them.
I have a copy of the current configuration that I managed to extract a few months ago.
